For me, the trusting relationship between client and therapist provides the impetus for positive meaningful change. Many people struggle to find meaningful work and satisfying love relationships throughout their lives. There is no shame in wanting to be respected and loved. Our experiences in early life determine whether we develop a kind loving inner voice, or a critical judgmental one. Developing a supportive relationship with yourself, is the first step in creating more satisfaction in your life. I am a relationship oriented therapist who seeks to help clients regain their faith, hope, and desire to live fully without so much fear and self doubt.

I am a believer in the power of the unconscious and how it shapes our behavior in many significant ways. I am well educated in psychoanalytic as well as psychodynamic therapies, but use a more reality based, humanistic approach in my clinical work. Each person brings with them the hope that they will be understood and or validated by the experience when they begin therapy. My aim is to provide a genuine relationship, which provides clarity of inner conflicts, emotional support containment and which eventually will restore feelings of self worth as well as self empowerment.
